Who Can Attend the Fair as a Visitor?

The Istanbul Tourism Fair is exclusively open to tourism professionals. To attend as a visitor, you must be affiliated with an organization or institution within the tourism industry that falls within the fair’s visitor profile.

How Can I Get a Badge?

You can create your entry badge by filling out the visitor registration form according to your visitor type at: https://www.istanbulturizmfuari.com.tr/ziyaretci-kayit-formu.

Once registered, your entry badge will be sent to your email. You can print your badge or collect it at the registration desk at the entrance, where you will also recieved a lanyard.

Hosted Buyers and exhibitors can generate their badges through the online panel or collect them at the registration desk at the enterance.

Can I Bring Additional Materials for My Stand?

You may bring additional materials as long as they do not disrupt the stand layout, block visibility or affect overall consistency. Promotional materials to be used at the stand must be approved by Dream Project Organizasyon Fuarcılık ve Tic. A.Ş. before use.

Is There a Parking Area?

Yes, there is a parking area with a capacity of 35,000 vehicles, managed by Istanbul Otopark İşletmeleri Tic. A.Ş. (ISPARK).

How Is Catering Managed at the Stands? Where Are the Visitor Dining Areas?

Food and beverages to be consumed at the fair must be provided by the participating companies. External catering services are not permitted during visiting hours. There is no water connection at the stands and cooking is not allowed. Beltur offers paid food and beverage service for all participants within the fairground.
