What is the Hosted Buyer program?

With the Hosted Buyer program, it is aimed to bring potential buyers from abroad to our country to have B2B meetings with exhibitor companies and establish business cooperation with them. Companies that have worked with Türkiye in the past and have commercial relations are preferred as buyers. Buyers are included in the program after the carefully evaluation of the applications.

What is included in the free package provided to hosted buyers by the organizers?

Features to be provided by the organizer;
• 3 nights bed and breakfast accommodation in 4/5 star hotels
• Airport-hotel-fair center round-trip transfers
• Complimentary participation to networking activities for 2 days
• Complimentary support from our team before and during the fair
• Complimentary Bosphorus tour for Hosted Buyers
• Complimentary participation in the ITF Gala Party

What is the target audience of the program?
One of the aims of the program is the professional development of the tourism sector and contribution to the commercial volume of the country. The tour operators, agencies and companies that send the most tourists to Turkey are evaluated.

How to take part in the program?

When registration is opened for participation, the application form that is requested to be filled must be answered honestly. The organizer evaluates the application with the information provided. The applicant is informed in case of approval or rejection. Approved applications will be charged a fee of 20 EURO for registration.

 

How many company employees can participate in the program?
Only 1 person from 1 company can participate in the program.

Do I have to attend work program events?
It is mandatory to hold at least 10 meetings in a day for 2 days, to stay at the fair according to the schedule planned by the organizer and to participate in the events held within the fair.

Can I choose another hotel other than the hotel recommended to me?
No

Can my colleague who is not a program participant attend the fair events?
Yes, we can add the extra participant name which is notified in advance for fair events. The organizer does not cover the flight ticket, accommodation difference and transfer fee of the extra participant.

Can we cancel any employee's participation in the program?

The company may change or cancel its participant at least 1 month before the fair. For canceled applications, the 20 EURO registration fee will not be refunded.
