Participation Conditions

It is aimed to host the owners of decision-making senior managers of potential companies that provide services in the field such as Outgoing, DMC, Tour Operator, Incentive, Luxury Travel etc., which will create new collaborations in the Turkish market, as buyers in the ‘’Hosted Buyer’’ program.


For Hosted Buyers;

* Upon final confirmation, the flight tickets for Hosted Buyers will be covered and booked directly by the organizer.
* Bed and breakfast accommodation for 3 nights in 4/5 star hotels
* Airport-hotel-exhibition center roundtrip transfers
* Complimentary participation to networking activities for 2 days
* Complimentary assistance by our team before and during the exhibition
* Buyers will have the opportunity to select and search exhibitors according to their categories through user friendly online calendar, online messaging service and mobile application. Buyers will be able to make appointments with the exhibitors via online calendar.
* Complimentary Bosphorus boat tour organized for the Hosted Buyers September 24,2026
* Complimentary invitation to the ITF Gala Party organized for the Hosted Buyers and exhibitors which will be held at the evening of September 24,2026.

 

Hosted Buyer Obligations

1. To participate in the program, applicants must fill out the application form honestly. Only 1 company representative can participate in the program. https://formmagix.com/view.php?id=677195
2. After completing the application form, the applicant will wait for the approval of the organizer.
3. Hosted buyers must update their profile by entering the online appointment system and create appointments with the exhibitors when the system is opened. It is expected to hold all of your meetings for 2 days.
4. The participant must attend all pre-planned events within the program according to the schedule: B2B Meetings, Bosphorus Tour, Gala Party
5. Each participant is requested to submit a brief report at the end of the fair. (In the form of a survey)
